Our qualified coaches will teach you, motivate you, and encourage you throughout the 8-week program we have designed exclusive to those with intermediate, little to moderate, and no exercise experience. In fact, you will be able to build a strong foundation of fitness by using easy-to-learn exercises without the complexity of lifting a barbell. You will focus on strengthening your body with TRX Suspension Training, kettlebells, body weight exercises, dumbbells and much more!
